A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE, CLOSE AND ABANDON PORTIONS
OF CERTAIN STREETS AND RIGHTS OF WAYS SITUATED ADJA-
CENT TO BLOCK 14, PINE HILL SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. A hearing will be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas in the City Hall, at 6:00 P. M. on the 2nd
day of April, 1985, to consider an ordinance vacating, closing and abandoning
portions of certain streets and rights of ways situated adjacent to Block 14,
Pine Hill Subdivision of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
a) The 50 -feet wide right -of -way of Gilman Street from the South right -
of -way line of West 24th Street to the South right -of -way line of
West 25th Street.
b) The 25 -foot wide right -of -way of Potter Street from the South right -
of -way line of West 24th Street to the South right -of -way line of
West 25th Street.
c) The 50 -feet wide right -of -way line of West 25th Street from the
West right -of way line of Potter Street to the East right -of -way
line of Gilman Street.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to any public utility easements located therein.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two
(2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. This resolution should be in full force from and after its
adoption.
