RESOLUTION NO. 7,331
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO SIGN ALL PETITIONS FOR
ANNEXATION OF CITY PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock often annexes property
that includes city owned land; and
WHEREAS, voluntary annexation requires the property
owners to sign the petition for annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign all petitions for annexation of city property
to the City of Little Rock.
