A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR
THE PURCHASE OF 1423 SOUTH COLLEGE.
WHEREAS, the City needs to acquire the right -of -way at
1423 South College as it is necessary for future improvements to
the I -630 Eastbound Off -Ramp access to Bond Street; and
WHEREAS, funding for that acquisition was previously
appropriated for advance right -of -way acquisition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to enter into a contract to purchase the vacant lot at
1423 South College for the appraised price of $4,500.00.
