A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO VACATE OHIO STREET BETWEEN
FLORIDA AND BRYANT STREETS, IN RATTEREE'S FOREST
PARK HIGHLANDS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, on the 6th day of
December, 1984, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon all of Ohio Street between Florida and Bryant Streets in
Block 1 of Ratterree's Forest Park Highlands Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said
Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 1, Page 152, in
the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject,
however, to any public utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M., on the 5th day of March
1985.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publi-
cation once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general cir-
culation in the City of Little Rock.
