RESOLUTION NO. 7,324
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE THE WEST 24 FEET OF MONROE
STREET BETWEEN BRACK AND ASHER AVENUE IN C. O.
BRACK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 8th
day of January, 1985, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon the west 24 feet of Monroe Street between
Brack and Asher Avenue between Blocks 29 and 30 in C. O.
Brack Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of
record in Plat Book 1, Page 241, in the the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to
any public utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 5th day of March , 1985.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
