RESOLUTION NO. 7,312
A RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE POLICY OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGARDING THE PLACEMENT
OF AN ITEM ON THE AGENDA UPON THE REQUEST
OF ANY ONE MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, it has been the past policy of the Board of
Directors that at the request of any one Board Member an item may
be placed on the agenda for consideration by the full Board; and
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors desires to formally
establish and continue that policy.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the policy of the Board of Directors of
placing an item on the agenda upon the request of any one member
of the Board of Directors is hereby formally established and
shall be continued.
