A RESOLUTION PERMITTING BALDWIN AND SHELL
CONTRACTORS TO ACT AS CONTRACTOR OF RECORD
FOR THE BELVEDERE PROJECT.

WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, the City Beautiful
Commission, the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, the Arkansas
Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and others have
indicated their support and desire to work toward the Belvedere
Project as the City's Sesquicentennial Project; and
WHEREAS, the Associated General Contractors have agreed
to work for the project, provide funds, labor, and materials; and
WHEREAS, Baldwin and Shell Contractors have agreed to
provide the insurance, administer the construction and act as the
contractor of record for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Baldwin and Shell Contractors are hereby
authorized to act as the contractor of record for the Belvedere
Project for the City of Little Rock.
