RESOLUTION NO. 7,524
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF FIRE HYDRANTS WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
FOR THE YEAR 1966; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. During the calendar year 1966, whenever
the Chief of the Little Rock Fire Department shall select lo-
cations within the City of Little Rock for fire hydrants
deemed necessary for adequate fire protection for the City of
Little Rock and requests the Board of Water Works Commis -
sioners of the Little Rock Municipal Water Works to install
same, the said Board of Water Works Commissioners shall have
full authority to install said hydrants and charge rental
therefor as hereinafter provided.
SEC i ION 2. The rates for hydrants installed under
this Resolution shall be as set forth in Article V, Sections
501 and 502, of the Trust Indenture dated February 1, 1964,
between the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and Morgan Guaranty
Trust Company of New York.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
