RESOLUTION NO. 7,522
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXTEND THE CONTRACTS FOR ENGINEERING AND
DESIGN WORK ON THE OTTER CREEK ROAD PROJECT,
THE WEST MARKHAM PROJECT, THE UNIVERSITY
CORRIDOR, THE GEYER SPRINGS PROJECT AND THE
CHICOT ROAD PROJECT.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Grimes and Johnson, Inc., for a
feasibility and engineering design work associated with the Otter
Creek Bridge and Road Project at a cost not to exceed $30,000.00
which has previously been appropriated in Account No. 399 -9304.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
extend the contract with Mehlberger, Tanner, Robinson and
Associates from $150,000.00 to $171,200.00 for engineering design
work on the West Markham Project. Funds have previously been
appropriated in Account No. 399 -9111.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is hereby further
authorized to extend a contract with Peters and Associates, Inc.,
from $23,900.00 to $36,400.00 for the design work on the
University Corridor. Funds are available in Account No.
499 -8680.
SECTION 4. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
extend the contracts with AMI Engineering, Inc. for design work
on the Geyer Springs Project from $57,022.00 to $79,912.00,
