A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
CERTAIN GRANTEES
TO USE CERTAIN CITY LANDS
UNDER GRANT OF RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, owns Adams
Field, the Little Rock Regional Airport; and
WHEREAS, Sanford 11. McDonnell and his wife, if married,
Cherry 14. Lawrence and her husband, if married, and Union
National Bank of Little Rock, trustee under the Will of Linda
D. Cherry, (Grantees), propose to develop certain properties
Grantees own adjacent to the Airport and thereby enhance the
overall development of the Airport; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission
has approved Grantees' request for easements and are willing
for this Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock to
grant the necessary permission; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined that the
proposed easements are for a necessary public purpose and
will not adversely affect the use of Adams Field;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: Grantees are hereby granted permission to use
the hereinafter described permanent right -of -way easements for
the purpose of developing property adjacent to the airport.
Section 2: The right -of -way easements are more particularly
described as follows:

Easement "A"
A tract of land situated in SW 1/4, SE 1/4 of
Section 8, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
Commencing at a metal post at the center of
said Section 8; thence S 03 °20'10 "W along the
centerline of Section 8 for a distance of
1,118.82 feet to an axle; thence continuing
S 03 °20'10" W along the centerline of Section
8 for a distance of 9.27 feet to the south
right -of -way line of Fourche Dam Pike; thence
S 88 °28'33" E along the south right -of -way
line of Fourche Dam Pike 758.91 feet; thence
S 46 030'52" Ld 610.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning, said point being S 43 °29'08" E
170.00 feet from the centerline of relocated
Fourche Dam Pike; thence continuing S 46 °30'52"

Grantor, at the risk of Grantor, reserves the right to
otherwise use the easements for purposes not prohibited herein

so long as such use does not conflict or interfere with the
Grantees, use of the easements in any way.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easements, rights and privileges
unto the said Grantees, and unto their successors and assigns
forever, for the purposes aforesaid.
And said Grantor covenants with said Grantees, their
successors and assigns, that Grantor will forever warrant and
defend the title to said easements and rights against the claims
of all persons whomsoever and that said Grantees, their
successors and assigns, shall have at all times the quiet use
and enjoyment of said easements and rights.
