RESOLUTION NO. 7,520 494
RESOLUTION APPOINTING BOARD OF ASSESSMENT FOR
MABELVALE- ALEXANDER SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 142 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, Mabelvale - Alexander Sewer Improvement District No.
142 of Little Rock, Arkansas, filed its original assessments
December 17, 1980, and proposes to adjust such assessments, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the District propose
the appointment of a new Board of Assessment to make such
adjustments to the benefits received by each lot, block and
other subdivision of land within the District by reason of the
local improvements, and
WHEREAS, James H. Larrison, John R. Larrison, and George
Fox are electors of the City of Little Rock, and are qualified
by training and experience to serve as assessors for the
District, and are willing to serve, and
WHEREAS, George Fox, being one of the original assessors
participating in the original assessment, has knowledge suited
to assist in the adjustment of assessments, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by, the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock that:
1. James H. Larrison, John R. Larrison, and George Fox
shall be and are hereby appointed as the Board of Assessment for
Mabelvale- Alexander Sewer Improvement District No. 142 to assess
the benefits to be received by each lot, block and other
subdivision of land with this District by reason of the proposed
local improvement. -
