A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON AN
ORDINANCE TO VACATE, CLOSE AND ABANDON PORTIONS OF WEST
20TH STREET SITUATED WITHIN AND ADJACENT TO LOTS 1 AND
2, PINE HILL SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. A hearing will be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors of the city of Little Rock, Arkansas in the
City Hall, at 6:00. PM, on the 17th day of December, 1985, to
consider an ordinance vacating, closing and abandoning portions
of West 20th Street within and adjacent to Lots 1 and 2, Pine
Hill Subdivision of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
The 25 foot wide right -of -way of West 20th Street from the
west right -of -way line of Gilman Street (closed) to the east
right -of -way line of Potter Street (closed).
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to any public utility easements located"
therein.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force from and
after its adoption.
