A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CREATION OF A
HOUSING REHABILITATION REVOLVING LOAN FUND
TO IMPROVE THE CONDITION OF DETERIORATING
LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby adopts a
resolution authorizing the creation of a housing rehabilitation
revolving loan fund to improve the conditions of deteriorating
low and moderate income housing.
SECTION 2. This fund will be financed through a
$150,000.00 appropriation from the Economic and Neighborhood
Development package.
