A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF
PROPERTY OWNED BY THE LITTLE ROCK WATER
WORKS AND DESCRIBED AS THE PORTION OF THE
BOOSTER STATION PROPERTY CONNECTED WITH
THE WEST MARKHAM STREET WIDENING AND THE
BOWMAN ROAD EXTENSION.
NOW, THERERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby accepts the
dedication of property owned by the Little Rock Water Works known
as the West Markham Street Booster Station property as
rights -of -way for public street purposes in connection with the
West Markham Street widening project and the Bowman Road
extension project.
