3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
4 ACCEPT THE LOW.BID AND AWARD CONTRACTS FOR
5 THE PURCHASE OF THERMOPLASTIC MARKING MATERIAL.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
8 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
10 accept the low bids and award contracts to bidders as set forth
11 in the attached fact sheets and bid tabulations for contracts for
12 the purchase of thermoplastic marking material, for a total price
13 not to exceed the budget, payable from the funds specified in the
14 fact sheets.
