A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE AN UNNAMED RIGHT -OF-
WAY LYING SOUTH OF THE EAST 300 FEET OF BLOCK 27,
C. 0. BRACKS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 13th
day of Septem p.E, 1985 asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon all of the unnamed right -of -way lying
south of the East 300 feet of Block 27, of C. 0. Bracks
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated
on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat
Book 1, Page 251 in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 19th day of November , 19 85
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
