RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND APPOINTING ASSESSORS
IN WATER PIPE. LINE. IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 136 OF
LITTLE. ROCK, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Water Pipe Line Improve-
ment District No. 136 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have filed
the plans and a certificate of approval issued by the Arkansas
State Board of Health approving said plans and have reported
the estimate of costs of constructing the improvements within
Phase II contemplated in said local improvement district to be
$ 195 000.00 , to be assessed and charged upon the real

property of the district according to the benefits received, and
it appearing that said plans are as prayed for in said petition;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the making of the assess-
ment for said improvement be undertaken, and John Kapp, Joe
White and Ronald E. Smith are hereby appointed
assessors to assess the benefits to be realized by each lot or
block or other subdivision of land in said district.
