74731 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 man M M M mom RESOLUTION NO. 7,473 A RESOLUTION ENCOURAGING ALL APPLICANTS FOR REZONING ALONG HIGHWAY 10 BETWEEN RODNEY PARHAM AND THE CITY LIMITS TO BE IN THE FORM OF A SITE SPECIFIC APPLICATION. 405 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock hasa scenic gateway into its western borders; and WHEREAS, Highway 10 serves as a scenic reminder of the natural beauty of the City; and WHEREAS, a number of rezoning applications have been recently filed along the Highway 10 corridor; and WHEREAS, the City will be completing a comprehensive plan for the Highway 10 area within the next six months; and WHEREAS, future site specific land use plans would e,nable the present and potential users of property to enhance their long range planning efforts. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby states that it prefers to have site specific rezoning applications submitted for proposed land use changes along the Highway 10 corridor. SECTION 2. The Highway 10 Area is defined as property fronting on Highway 10 from Rodney Parham Road extending westward to the City limits. It is further defined as properties to be developed as an integral part of sites fronting on or adjacent to Highway 10.
