RESOLUTION NO. 7,452
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE CECIL DRIVE BETWEEN BLOCK 7
AND PART OF S' NE's SECTION 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
IN SECLUDED HILLS SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 3rd day of July,
1985, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of
Cecil Drive between Block 7 and part of Sz NE, Section 19, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W of Secluded Hills Subdivision of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record
in Deed Book 15, Page 43, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00
o'clock P.M., on the 3rd
day of September
1985.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock.
