A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO AMERICAN
TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY
FOR USE OF AIR SPACE FOR A MICROWAVE GUIDE TUBE
FOR A LIMITED PERIOD OF TIME.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A franchise is hereby granted to American
Telephone and Telegraph Communications Company to use the air
space above the alley located between Main Street and Louisiana
Street and West Seventh Street and West Eighth Street. Said
space to commence 100 feet above the surface of the alley and
contain approximately 1,000 cubic feet of air space.
SECTION 2. The granting of this franchise is for the
purpose of permitting the erecting of a microwave guide tube and
a supporting catwalk connection between the microwave tower at
109 West Seventh Street and the Southwestern Bell Telephone
Company Building located at 120 West Seventh Street.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall remain in full force and
effect for the period of time covered by the height and use
variances granted by the Little Rock Board of Adjustment.
