A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER A RELEASE OF THE EASEMENT
ACROSS THE PROPERTY OWNED BY SYSTEMATICS, INC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. On September 17, 1981, an easement was
executed by Systematics, Inc. to the City of Little Rock. In
order to correct the legal description of this easement the
following lands in Pulaski County, Arkansas are hereby abandoned,
to -wit:
Commencing at the SE corner of said SE} Section 21;
thence N 0 °31'41" E 80.01; thence N 0 °35100 "E 374.391;
thence N 88 °27141" W 632.70' to the point of beginning;
thence continue N 88 027141" W 627.701; thence N
44 027106" W 622.99' to a point on the Easterly R/W
line of Rodney Parham Road.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an instrument releasing the
foregoing easement and to deliver same to Systematics, Inc.
