A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR THE
SELF - INSURED WORKERS' COMPENSATION
PROGRAM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Claims Management Services bid and the
insurance agency relationship with the City of Little Rock is
hereby awarded to Adjustco, Inc.
Section 2. The Excess Insurance Coverage bid is hereby
awarded to Employer's Re- Insurance, Inc.
Section 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into all necessary agreements related thereto and to cancel the
current Workers' Compensation Insurance contract when
appropriate.
