RESOLUTION NO. 71620
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT
OF THE AVAILABILITY OF SURPLUS CITY -OWNED
REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE.
WHEREAS, the City Real Estate Office has compiled a list
of surplus City -owned property to be advertised for sale which
is attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the staff has reviewed the list of properties
and recommends that the list be advertised for sale and that
any offers received be brought to the Board of Directors for
review and approval.
NOW, THEREFORE.;1, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The advertisement of surplus City -owned
real property for sale as shown on the attached Exhibit A is
hereby authorized.
