7582A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE AND CLOSE ALLEYWAY BETWEEN HIGH STREET AND
MARSHALL STREET, BLOCK 20, IN FLEMING AND BRADFORD'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 12th day
of February , 1986, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon a portion of alleyway between High Street and
Marshall Street in Block 20 of Fleming and Bradford's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as designated on the plat
of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 37,
Page 88, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00
o'clock p.m. on the 15th day of April , 1986.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
