A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE, CLOSE AND ABANDON A
PORTION OF AN UNNAMED STREET SITUATED
IN SACHS' SUBURBAN TRACTS TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the 22nd
day of April 9 1986 asking the Board of Directors to
vacate, close and abandon a portion of an unnamed street
situated in Sachs' Suburban Tracts to the City of Little
Rock, as designated on the plat of said Tracts now
appearing of record in Deed Book 2 at page 87 in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, which
said Street is not subject to any public utility easements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall
at 6:00 o'clock, p.m. on the 17th day of June
1986.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
