3e A RESOLUTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK BCARD OF
DIRECTORS REQUESTING STRICT ENFORCEMENT OF
4 THE CITY'S LITTERING ORDINANCF.

6 WHEREAS, litter on Little Rock's city streets is unsightly
7 and deters from the natural beauty of this City; and
8 WHEREAS`, the City of Little Rock currently provides for a
9 penalty against violators of the City's littering ordinance; and
10 WHEREAS; it is necessary in order to keep the City clean
11 and beautiful that this ordinance be strictly enforced.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CF
13 THE CITY'OF LITTLE ROCKf' ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1, The Little Rock Board of Directors recognizes
15 the importance of keeping our City beautiful and as a means of
16 attaining this -goal requests that the littering ordinance be
17 strictly enforced by all parties responsible.
