A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL'
CONTRACTS FOR THE CITY HALL AND
EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
accept the low bid and award a contract to Witsell, Evans and
Rasco for architectural /engineering services for the
renovation of City Hall. The amount of said contract shall
be $112,677.00 from funds previously appropriated.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
accept the low bid and award a contract to Stuck Associates for
architectural /engineering services for the design of the
Emergency Operations Center. The amount of said contract
shall be $31,132.07 from funds previously appropriated.
