A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A
BILL OF ASSURANCE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK FOR PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY
WITHIN THE REPLAT OF BLOCK B, WESTPARK
DEVELOPMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign a Bill of
Assurance on behalf of the City of Little Rock for property owned
by the City within the Replat of Block B, Westpark Development.

are the sole owners of the

engineer and the said grantor(s), and bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in
the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex- officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, in Plat Book

Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex- officio Recorder of Pulaski County
shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets
and easements shown on the said plat.
