A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE
OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO
VACATE AND CLOSE THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 277
OF ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 2nd
day of January, 1986 asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon part of the alley in Block 277 of Original city
of Little Rock, Arkansas. The plat of said addition was
lost and never filed of record, and any utilities in the
alley will be relocated at the expense of the Petitioner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC-
TORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 18th day of March, 1986.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
