A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO
THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF
TRUSTEES; PARKING AUTHORITY; MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND
HISTORY BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND THE MOTION PICTURE AND
TELEVISION COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed and reappointed as members of the respective
Boards and Commissions:
Mr. Thomas H. McGowan, reappointed to a three
year term expiring February 4, 1989.
Mr. Richard Yada reinstated to complete his term which
expires February 4, 1987.

Mr. Robert Chowning, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of William Craven, said term expiring June 30,
1989.
(c) Parking Authority:
Mrs. Jean H. Shaffer, appointed to a five year term
expiring August 1, 1990, replacing Mr. Murray Hunt, Sr.
Appointed to six year terms, expiring November 15,
