4 A RESOLUTION APPROVING STAFF RECOMMENDATION
5 FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST TOM HOUSTON,
6 AN INDEPENDENT TAXICAB DRIVER.

8 WHEREAS, an administrative hearing was held on February
9 14, 1986, to hear a complaint concerning Tom Houston, an
10 independent taxicab driver; and
11 WHEREAS, it was found that Mr. Houston was found to have
12 behaved in an improper manner; and
13 WHEREAS, the hearing officer has recommended Mr.
14 Houston be placed on a fourteen (14) day suspension with a
15 warning that any further occurances of this nature could
16 result in the revocation of his taxicab permit.
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
18 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
19 SECTION 1. Mr. Tom Houston is hereby suspended from
20 operating his taxicab within the City of Little Rock for fourteen
21 (14) days for improper conduct. This suspension shall begin
22 February 19, 1986.
