RESOLUTION NO. 7.552
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE BAKER STREET BETWEEN
NICKELL AND FARRIS STREETS, IN GIBRALTER HEIGHTS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 15th
day of January, 1986 asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all of Baker Street between Nickell and Farris
Streets, in Block 21 of Gibralter Heights Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of
said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 1. Page
L1, in the the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 4th day of March , 1986
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
