A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE JOINT USE
OF CERTAIN LAND BY THE LITTLE ROCK
AIRPORT COMMISSION AND THE LITTLE ROCK
SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee has an
easement for operating and maintaining a 60" sanitary sewer main;
and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Airport Commission desires to
expand its ticket facilities such that an encroachment of that
easement as described below will be required; and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock desires to authorize the
joint use of certain land by said Sewer Committee and Airport
Commission since title is held by the City of Little Rock for the
use and benefit of the Little Rock Airport Commission, said use
to be subject to the reservations hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The folowing described parcel of real property
owned by the City of Little Rock for the use and benefit of the
Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee and situated in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, is needed also for the use of the Little Rock
Airport Commission and therefor said Commission shall be
authorized to jointly use and occupy said land subject to the
provisions of this Resolution:
A triangle shaped tract of land situated in the
SE 1, Section 7 and the SW }, Section 8, T -1 -N,
R -11 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particuarly
described as follows:
Commencing at the west }- corner of said Section
8; thence S 89° 55' 42" E along the center line
of Section 8 for a distance of 241.36 feet to

the westerly line of a 50 -foot wide sanitary 50
sewer easement; thence S 260 14' 21" W along
said easement line 508.78 feet to a Point of
Beginning; thence continuing S 26° 14' 21" W
along said esement line 65.08 feet; thence
S 70" 18' 09" E, 7.41 feet; thence N 19" 41'
51: E, 74.65 feet to the Point of Beginning;
permanent easement containing 0.006 acres
(240 S.F.), more or less.
SECTION 2. The City of Little Rock reserves and shall
have the right to use and enjoy the above described land, except
as to the rights herein dedicated.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution to
be recorded in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
