A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS FOR

WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Broadmoor Recreation Area
Improvement District No. 2 of Little Rock, Arkansas, recommend
the appointment of Larry P. Henderson as Chairman; Bill Looney
as Vice - Chairman; and Jean Hopkins.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That Larry P. Henderson, Bill Looney, and Jean
Hopkins are hereby appointed as members of the Board of
Commissioners of Broadmoor Recreation Area Improvement District
No. 2 of Little Rock, Arkansas.
THIS RESOLUTION shall become effective upon its passage
and approval.
