A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXTEND THE LEASE ON THE SPACE NOW
OCCUPIED BY THE PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT IN
THE McFADDEN BUILDING.

WHEREAS, the original term of lease for the Personnel
Department in its current location in the McFadden Building was
predicated on the ability to return to the renovated offices in
the Old Central Fire Station in November of 1986; and
WHEREAS, subsequently another arrangement was necessary
requiring that the City Manager's Office occupy that space during
the renovation of City Hall; and
WHEREAS, this change of circumstances requires that the
Personnel Department remain in the McFadden Building during said
renovation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
extend the existing lease on the McFadden Building Offices for
use by the City Personnel Department through October 31, 1987.
