A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS OF WEST MARKHAM SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 146 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
WHEREAS, the West Markham Sewer Improvement District No.
146 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "District") is a
municipal improvement district duly created by the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and validly existing under the laws of
the State of Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the former commissioners of the District, the same
being J. W. Bradley, B. C. Ellis and A. D. West have either
resigned their position on the Board of Commissioners, or no
longer qualify as commissioners by virtue of no longer being
property owners in the District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, desires to appoint a Board of Commissioners to carry
on the affairs of the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
1. That Patrick J. Morrison, Fallon A. Davis, and Robert
W. deBin, being property owners in the District and known to be
of good standing in the City, are hereby appointed as a Board of
Commissioners of the District from the date of this Resolution.
2. That the persons named in the preceding paragraph
shall qualify by taking their oaths as commissioners of the
District, and shall file the same, all in accordance with the
laws of the State of Arkansas.
