A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO LINDA CRITZER KNISLEY
OF THE ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SERVICES FOR
HER CONTRIBUTION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK'S
INFORMATION MASTER PLAN.

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors found and
determined that it was necessary to undergo an extensive review
of the City's information master plan relative to the
implementation of changes for new computer hardware /software and
information processing needs; and
WHEREAS, based on this directive, an Information Master
Plan was developed by City staff composed of project teams
dealing with two components, a policy team and a technical team;
and
WHEREAS, these teams consisted of several Department
Heads and representatives of both the private sector and state
government; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Linda Critzer Knisley of the Arkansas
Department of Computer Services lent her time and expertise
generously so as to provide an outside and objective perspective
to the recommendations contained in said plan; and
WHEREAS, this document is reflective of a comprehensive
review of the City's overall information needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Little.Rock Board of Directors wishes to
extend its appreciation to all of the members of the Policy Team
involved in preparing the Information Master Plan and to
