January 15, 1992 - 3:40 P.M.
The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, reconvened from the recessed reconvened Special Meeting
held Tuesday, January 14, 1992, with Mayor Priest presiding.
City Clerk Robbie Hancock called the roll with the following
Directors present: Directors Roy, Hollingsworth, Lewellen,
Shackelford, Dailey and Catlett - total 6; Absent - None.
With a quorum present, Mayor Priest declared the Board of
Directors in session and announced that the Board would go into
Executive Session to continue the consideration of appointments
to the Steering Committee.
When the Board of Directors reconvened from Executive
Session at 4:25 o'clock P.M., Mayor Priest presided and the
following Directors were present: Directors Roy, Hollingsworth,
Lewellen, Shackelford, Dailey and Catlett - total 6; Absent -
None.
After a brief discussion, the Board Members agreed to hold a
Special Meeting on Friday, January 17, 1992, to announce the
creation of a Steering Committee for a Goal Setting Process and
to name the members of the Steering Committee.
There being no further business to be presented, Mayor
Priest declared the Reconvened Meeting adjourned at 4:45 o'clock
P.M.
