A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED CONVEYING THE FIRE
STATION AT 9015 KANIS ROAD TO RIVER CITY
LAND COMPANY, INC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a deed conveying Fire Station #15 to River City Land
Company, Inc. for the sum of $138,000.00.
Section 2. Funds received from the sale of this property
will be used for the purchase and construction of a new fire
station.

FIRE STATION 15 LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Commencing at the southwest corner of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Sec. 11,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, run thence north for a distance of 319 feet; thence
east along the south lines of Lots 5, 4, 3, and 2, a distance of
392 feet for a point of beginning of this tract; run thence east
98 feet; thence run north a distance of 376 feet to the centerline
of West 12th Street Pike; run thence northwesterly along the center-
line of said West 12th Street Pike 110.3 feet which is 98 feet west
of the east boundary line of this tract; run thence south 427.6
feet to the point of beginning, said tract being also described
as Tract One (1) of the Plat of "Curran Property ".
