A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED TO SELL 2,223
SQUARE FEET OF SURPLUS PROPERTY LOCATED
ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF ROCK CREEK JUST SOUTH
OF MARKHAM TO BAILEY MITCHELL PROPERTIES FOR
A NEGOTIATED PURCHASE PRICE OF $8,892.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. THe Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a deed to sell 2,223 square feet of
surplus property as described on the attached survey to
Bailey Mitchell Properties for a negotiated price of
$8,892.00.
