A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK CERTIFYING LOCAL

GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT OF THE OMEGA TUBE

AND CONDUIT CORPORATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
ARKANSAS ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has an approved Zone
8
9
designation for Census Tract 40.03, Block Group 9 within the
10
corporate limits of the City of Little Rock, and
11
WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business
12
13
or enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone
a
14
Program and benefit from the exemptions as provided in
15
Part IV of the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations

of 1983; and

WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific
19
forms available from AIDC; and
20

WHEREAS, The Omega Tube and Conduit Corporation has
22
been determined by the management of the enterprise zone as
23
an appropriate applicant; and

WHEREAS, The Omega Tube and Conduit Corporation has
26
agreed to furnish to management of the enterprise zone, all
27
necessary information for compliance.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF

DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. The Omega Tube and Conduit Corporation
32
33
shall be endorsed by the City of Little Rock for benefit
34
from the exemptions.as provided in Part IV of the Arkansas
35
Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1983.

SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the
required Certificate of Local Government Endorsement.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
