A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW SITE FOR FIRE STATION
NO. 15 ON KANIS ROAD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute all documents necessary to purchase the property on
Kanis Road for the construction of a new Fire Station No. 15.
Section 2. Any money received from the sale of the
current fire station site will be deposited in the project
account and be authorized for expenditure on the new fire station
construction.
