A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO
THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY; LITTLE ROCK
PORT AUTHORITY; PLANNING COMMISSION; ARKANSAS ARTS
CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY
SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES; HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION;
OAKLAND - FRATERNAL CEMETERY BOARD; PRIVATE INDUSTRY
COUNCIL; AND THE SIGN APPEAL BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed and reappointed as members of the respective
Boards and Commissions:
(See Sections 1.03 and 1.04 of the Agreement adopted by
Resolution No. 7,567.)
Ms. Betty Tucker, appointed to a one year term.
Mr. Ronald R. Copeland, appointed to a two year term.
Mr. Searcy J. Ewell, Sr., appointed to a three year
term.

Mr. Charles Steele, appointed to a five year term
expiring July 6, 1991.
Mr. Walter Riddick, III, appointed to fill the
unexpired term of Mr. James C. Summerlin, said term

unexpired term of J. C. Wilson, said term expiring June
30, 1988.
