2 A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 15, 2004, AS THE DATE OF
3 HEARING ON THE PETITION FOR REVOCATION OF THE
4 EXISTING PCD ZONING LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST
5 CORNER OF BOWMAN ROAD AND KANIS ROAD, LITTLE ROCK,
6 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
7 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of
8 Directors revoke the existing PCD zoning at the Northwest Corner of Bowman Road and Kanis
9 Road;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
11 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to revoke an existing POD zoning shall be
13 held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City
14 Hall at six o'clock on the 15th day of June, 2004.
15 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the
16 manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a
17 newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City
18 of Little Rock.
