3 A RESOLUTION TO SET APRIL 20, 2004, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE PETITION FOR REVOCATION OF THE
5 EXISTING POD ZONING LOCATED AT 15122 CANTRELL ROAD,
6 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the
9 Board of Directors revoke the existing POD zoning at 15122 Cantrell Road;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
11 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to revoke an existing POD zoning
13 shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the
14 Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 20th day of April, 2004.
15 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
16 the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in
17 a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation
18 in the City of Little Rock.
