A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK PROJECT PROGRESS COMMITTEE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed as members of the Project
Progress Committee as indicated:
This Committee shall be in existence for a period of three years after its initial members are appointed, or
until the projects funded with proceeds of the Bond Issue (" the Bond Projects ") are completed,
whichever occurs first.
• One member from each of the City's seven wards:
Ward 1 — TBA on March 16, 2004
Ward 2 — Pat Gee
Ward 3 — Susan Smith
Ward 4 — Ken Gould
Ward 5 — Lenice Garrison
Ward 6 — Nell Mock
Ward 7 — Harold Zook
• One person with a degree in accounting who is a practicing accountant, or has
been a CPA in good standing - Bryan Jeffrey
• One person with a degree or experience in the field of civil engineering -
Tom Schueck
• One person with a demonstrated interest and involvement in parks and
recreation or zoo activities - Jeffrey Yamauchi
• One person with a degree or experience in the field of
telecommunications /information technology - Carol Norris
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
