RESOLUTION NO. 11,625
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS, REAPPOINTMENTS, AND
REINSTATEMENTS TO THE CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION, THE
COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD, THE HOUSING BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS, THE LITTLE ROCK PARKS AND
RECREATION COMMISSION, THE LITTLE ROCK ZOO BOARD OF
GOVERNORS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named person is hereby appointed as a member of the Little Rock Civil
Service Commission:
CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
Troy Laha, reappointed to serve a second three -year term, said term expiring on October 19, 2006.
Karol Zoeller, reappointed to serve a full three -year term, said term expiring October 19, 2006.
Cita Cobb, appointed to serve a three -year term, replacing Nash Abrams (served two full terms), said
tern expiring October 19, 2006.
COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD
Grover Evans, appointed to serve a three -year term, replacing Matt Torbett (resigned, but term expired
in June 2003), said term expiring June 2, 2006.
HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
Britt Cannon Johnson, appointed to serve a four -year term, replacing Sharlett Craig (served two full
terms), said term expiring August 1, 2007.
PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
William G. "Bill" Cobb, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Gary Smith, said term expiring January
31.2006.
William F. Rahn, appointed to serve a three -year term, said term expiring January 31, 2006
LITTLE ROCK ZOO BOARD OF GOVERNORS
Blair Allen, reinstated to complete his first term, said term expiring on February 16, 2004.
Robert D. Wright Ill, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Steven Wade, said term expiring February
19,2005.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
