115821 2 3 4 5 6 7 0 RESOLUTION NO. 11,582 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH CAM, LLC FOR THE 2003 ASPHALT SURFACE REJUVENATING PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 8 WHEREAS, the asphalt rejuvenating product Reclamite has been used 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 ICI MI 20 21 22 23 24 25 successfully on City streets since 2000 in restoring the surfaces and prolonging the necessity of major repairs to the streets, and WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock received bids under Bid #03257 for the application of the asphalt rejuvenating product on designated City streets, and the lowest responsible and responsive bid meeting minimum specifications was received from CAM, LLC, in the amount of One Hundred One Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty and no /100 Dollars ($101,520.00). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into a contract for the 2003 Asphalt Surface Rejuvenating Program with CAM, LLC, for the amount of One Hundred One Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty and no /100 Dollars ($101,520.00) plus five per cent (5 %) contingencies, for a total project amount of One Hundred Six Thousand, Five Hundred Ninety-six and no /100 Dollars ($106,596.00). Section 2. Funds for this purchase are to be allocated from Account #200 -220- 2210 -6081 (99). Section 3. Severability. Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
