10 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

12 WHEREAS, a notice of appeal has been filed as a result of the action of the Little
13 Rock Planning Commission in denying a conditional use permit to allow for
14 construction of a church and associated parking on the vacant R -4 zoned lots Iocated at
15 2117 and 2119 South Battery Street, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
17 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. The hearing on the notice of appeal of the denial of a conditional
19 use permit to allow for construction of a church and associated parking on the vacant R-
20 4 zoned lots located at 2117 and 2119 South Battery Street, in the City of Little Rock,
