7 STAGECOACH ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
8 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a notice of appeal has been filed as a result of the agion of the Little Rock
11 Planning Commission in denying the reclassification of property located at 9219 Stagecoach
12 Road, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
14 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the notice of appeal of the denial of the reclassification of
16 property located at 9219 Stagecoach Road, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, shall be held at a
17 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at
18 six o'clock on the 20th day of May, 2003.
19 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the
20 manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper
21 published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little
22 Rock.
